Website Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to information you give us through this website, and what we record about your visit. It sits alongside the CCTV notice above, which covers our construction sites.

Who is responsible

Lofthouse Construction Group, Studio-B, Kings Ride, Winkfield Row, Ascot SL5 7JR, is the data controller. For any data protection question, contact our Data Protection Officer at jaynes@lofthouseresidences.com.

What we collect when you enquire

  • The details you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number and your message.
  • Technical information sent by your browser: your IP address and browser identification.
  • How you reached us: the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, and any campaign or advertising identifiers in the link you followed.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To answer your enquiry and quote for work — our legitimate interests in responding to someone who has contacted us, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
  • To understand which marketing brings us enquiries — our legitimate interests in running our business efficiently. This uses only information already sent with your visit; we do not build a profile of you.
  • Non-essential cookies — your consent, which you may give, refuse or withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who process it on our instructions:

  • monday.com — the system we manage enquiries and customer records in.
  • Mailjet — delivers our email notifications.
  • Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager. They receive technical information such as your IP address, the pages you view, and which advert or search brought you here. They only set cookies or recognise you once you have agreed to analytics or advertising cookies; before that they run in a restricted mode that does not identify you.
  • Cloudflare — runs the anti-spam check on our enquiry forms. When you submit a form it receives your IP address, browser identification and related technical signals so it can tell a person from an automated bot. It is not used to track you or to advertise to you. Cloudflare sets out what it collects in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Our website hosting provider — stores the site and its database.
  • Professional advisers, insurers or law enforcement where we are legally required to disclose.

Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can pick up a conversation and handle any warranty or dispute question. After that they are deleted. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are held for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

We set a small number of strictly necessary cookies that make the site work — these do not need your consent. Anything used for analytics or advertising is only set once you agree. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. Our Cookie Policy lists what each cookie does.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email jaynes@lofthouseresidences.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would like the chance to put things right first.
